Privacy notice
This notice explains, in plain words, what ShowRaf stores and why.
Who we are
ShowRaf is a system for managing rentable spaces inside shops and commercial locations. For anything in this notice, write to support@showraf.com.
Your account
When you create an account, ShowRaf stores your name and e-mail address (with Google sign-in, the name and e-mail your Google account shares) so you can sign in and your shop's records show who did what.
Your shop's data
Everything you enter to run your shop — units, merchants, contracts, payments, cheques, deposits and attached documents — is stored for you and stays yours. ShowRaf never sells data and shows no ads.
Merchant details
Merchant details are entered by the shop owner, and ShowRaf stores them on the owner's behalf. National ID numbers are encrypted and shown masked (last digits only); they never appear in reports, exports or messages.
WhatsApp messages
ShowRaf never messages anyone by itself. A receipt or a reminder is sent only when the shop owner taps send, from their own WhatsApp.
Cookies
ShowRaf uses only a sign-in cookie and a language cookie. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
Where data lives
Data is stored on servers hosted by Amazon Web Services, connections are always encrypted (https), and backups are kept encrypted.
How long data is kept
You can ask us to delete your shop's data at any time by writing to support@showraf.com. We'll send you an export first if you want one, and delete the data within 30 days. Backups roll off within 30 days after that.
Your choices
You can ask at any time to see, correct, export or delete your account's data: write to support@showraf.com.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the change and its date will be shown on this page.
