Short and honest: what ShowRaf promises, and what it asks of you.
The service
ShowRaf helps owners of shops and commercial locations manage rentable spaces, merchants, contracts and payments. It is a record-keeping tool: the rental agreements themselves are between you and your merchants.
Your account
Keep your sign-in to yourself; everything done with it counts as done by you. Use your real details, and tell us at support@showraf.com if you think someone else has used your account.
Your data
Your shop's data is yours. You can ask for an export at any time, and ShowRaf uses the data only to run the service for you.
Fair use
Use ShowRaf lawfully and for your own shop's records. Do not try to reach other accounts' data or to disrupt the service.
Price
ShowRaf is currently provided free of charge. If this ever changes, the change will be announced in advance.
Availability
ShowRaf is run with care and backed up, but it is provided as it is, without a warranty of uninterrupted service. Keep your own copies of critical documents.
Suspension and ending
An account that breaks these terms can be suspended. When an account closes, you can ask for an export of its data at support@showraf.com.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the change will be announced on this page before it applies.
